There are many methods that are interesting to llok closer at like Scrum, PRINCE2 and general project management. We prefer to use agile or LEAN methods to support the development of products. Diverse methods within sales, marketing or other type of product development. This can be combined with existing models like PRINCE2 or the V-model.

is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.
